Rekordbox Performance Issues When Using DDJ-GRV6 Audio Output
So when I set the audio output in Rekordbox to DDJ-GRV6 WASAPI, my entire computer slows down noticeably, although my machine is super strong and new. Is there a way to prevent this slowdown or optimize performance while using that audio setting? On the other hand, if I route audio through VoiceMeeter Potato using its virtual ASIO insert, the slowdown stops. However, I lose the physical control of my master and headphone knobs, since all mixing is done digitally on my computer instead. But at least there’s no performance drop. Has anyone else experienced this or found a reliable fix?
Thank you in advance for any insights or advice!

Exactly the same issue here using an FLX4. Rekordbox is fine with no controller plugged in or when the audio output is set to PC only. But once the audio output is changed to the FLX4 the CPU spikes massively.
Default PC audio output selected - the CPU core are almost idle. This is normal.
DDJ-FLX4 WASAPI output selected - the CPU core 9 is used at 100%. This is not normal.
I also tested with Serato, Traktor, VirtualDJ and djay. They do not have this issue, which leads me to believe it's a rekordbox implementation issue with the Windows audio drivers polling the CPU, as I am not doing anything in the app. Just for having it open, it uses 100% of that core.
On less powerful CPUs this becomes very noticeable, especially when it comes to cooling / heat generation.
Can anyone else confirm this behavior?
