DDJ RR not connecting to Rekordbox
IMy last laptop decided to retire so I bought a replacement, an MSI Apache Pro GE62VR 7RF running Windows 11, and had to download the latest version of Rekordbox, the problem now is that we can use the laptop fine but the decks are not working. My son even paid for the entr level of Rekordbox but that hasn't solved the issue. Can anyone help, pease 🙏

Are you trying to use it with rekordbox 7?
As it is not compatible with rekordbox 7.
However it is compatible with rekordbox 6, which you can download from the link below.

I've uninstalled v7 and installed v6.8 from the link you shared. Unfortunately we're still having exactly the same issue, we can only control from the laptop.
