DDJ FLX10 Jog Wheels/Screen Malfunction

I tried all the steps mentioned above to fix the issue, but it's still not working.

I also took my DDJ-FLX10 to the Guitar Center where i purchased it, but they told me that since i bought it on May 12, 2026, I would need to contact Pioneer support directly for the repair.

I live in Oklahoma City. According to the repair link, the closest repair location is at 3600 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77007, which is about 7-8 hour drive from me.

Is there a repair location closer to me, such as in the Oklahoma City area. I purchased my DDJ-FLX10 from Guitar Center in the Oklahoma City area, so I was hoping there might be a closer service option. 

Additionally, the jog wheel display is showing everything backward ( mirrored), as in the attached photo.

If i ship my DDJ-FLX10 in for repair, do I have to pay for both the shipping to the repair center and the return shipping?

Okay, thanks. I bought my DDJ-FLX10 about two months ago. Since it's still covered under the one-year manufacturer's warranty, I understand that I won't have to pay for shipping.

Where can I get the shipping label to send it to the repair center? Do I need to contact the repair center to request a shipping label, or how does the process work?

Could you provide me with more information? I'm trying to get it repaired as soon as possible.
