FW update CDJ3000X

So I updated to the latest FW to add the dark and light mode options and I have to say there is more than I expected like setting propagating across all decks, however live doesn't seem to work anymore I'm using an A9 also on latest fw but if I bring the fader up it doesn't go red on the cdj platter nor does the master move decks. Anyone else experiencing that.
