cdj 3000 wontupdate firmware
i am trying to update my 3000's firmware but it wont load. i have used different usb 's all loaded on root directory with fat 32 as my format. how can i talk with a pioneer support staff

If you’ve already tried multiple USB sticks and confirmed the file is in the root directory, I’d check the exact update procedure next. The CDJ-3000 has to be put into update mode before inserting the USB, so simply plugging the USB in normally won’t start the firmware update.
If that still doesn’t work, I’d contact AlphaTheta support directly with your current firmware version and what happens when you try to start the update. That should help them determine whether it’s the USB/update file or the player itself.

You should check the following:
・Did you unzip CDJ3Kv322.zip and place CDJ3Kv322.UPD in the root directory of the USB drive?
・Is the filename exactly CDJ3Kv322.UPD? Has it been changed to something like CDJ3Kv322.UPD (2)?
