Rx3 sound issues like pitch bending without touching jogs

Rx3 firmware 1.19 audio is unstable as if pitch is bending, platters are clean issue happening on multiple usb sticks and also in software control. Issue seems to disappear when master out is disconnected and listening through headphones

That’s interesting, especially because it happens with multiple USBs and also in software control, which makes a bad USB export or corrupted track much less likely.

The fact that the pitch-bending seems to disappear when you disconnect the Master Out is the clue I’d investigate first. I’d check the RX3’s audio output path, cables, mixer/amp/interface, and whether the issue changes between balanced and unbalanced outputs if you have both available.

Also try the RX3 with headphones only, then Master Out connected directly to a different set of powered speakers/headphones/interface, with nothing else in the signal chain. That should help isolate whether the RX3 is actually generating the pitch instability or something downstream is causing it.

If it still happens with a completely different output setup, then I’d be looking much more closely at the RX3 itself/firmware rather than the music or USB.

Hope this helped!
