DDJ-FLX4 -- Mid EQ knob controlling both Mid and Hi, Hi controls nothing

My brand new DDJ-FLX4 seems to be having issues with the EQ knobs on my second deck, and I'm worried its a hardware issue, as Midi settings don't seem to affect it. When I use the Mid EQ knob, I can see in recordbox that it's controlling both the mid and Hi EQ, and at the same time the Hi EQ knob is dead. I've tried reassigning that knob using the Learn feature in the Midi and nothing is recognized.
