deleted recordbox 7 tracks

recordbox 7 has deleted my tracks when i was trying to recover my recordbox6 tracks and add those to recordbox 7 how i do this the easy way as iv tried other ways but it says that i cant rename because Recordbox Agent file is still running it wont stop also in cant get into recordbox 7 a message on screen saying "To use Recordbox you will need to do the following ;

convert your Recordbox library so it works with the latest version

Choose one of the newest  Recordbox subscription plans 

i dont understand as i paid for my Recordbox7 subscription can you help im Nurodivergent ADHD is the worst
