Chordcat: Enable MIDI OUT routing by track selection
This feature is already implemented in the Toraiz Squid: In the track menu, it is possible to select a track and the incoming MIDI notes are directly routed to the selected track. This means that switching MIDI tracks is extremely fast when using the Toraiz and having this feature for the Chordcat as well would be very nice.

I just checked this again and discovered an incomplete implementation. The behavior requested in my original post actually works, but only for MIDI notes triggered in Chord Mode, i. e.: When selecting tracks via the track menu in order to play them with an external MIDI device (using the internal MIDI merge), this only is possible if play chords in Chord Mode but not single notes (when Chord Mode is switched off).
