rekordbox stopped fully linking to my Flx4

when i connect to laptop, rekordbox pick up that my flx4 is connected but i am unable to load tracks, it prompts me to check audio settings. i am just stumped as it happened out of nowhere. 

ive tried getting a new data transfer cable, ive even reinstalled windows... im just not sure what could be the problem. i should add that it is working just fine with serato. but i much prefer rekordbox and would really like to resolve this issue so i can continue using it.
