U'King ZQ02061 (Update)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently purchased the DDJ-FLX10, which supports DMX functionality, and I am trying to connect four Moving Head U King ZQ02061 units. While I have successfully found the fixture in the Rekordbox library, I'm encountering an issue where the moving heads' pan and tilt movements work correctly, but they only project white light—there are no colors, patterns, or effects. Even manually, these are not selectable.
Please find additional details about the moving head below. Could you kindly investigate this issue and consider updating the library to ensure full compatibility?

Due to a system problem, we were unable to update your rekordbox fixture library.
This issue has now been resolved.
Please update your rekordbox fixture library to Ver.1448 or later before using your fixtures.

Unfortunately, as you can see by yourself, the manual is not only missing actual color and gobo wheel information, but DMX details too. That is the reason you are missing these functions.

We have updated the colors and dmx of the fixture.
It will be reflected in the next rekordbox fixture library update (performed once a week on Wednesday or Thursday except for the national and company holidays). Please find the latest list of the library fixtures here (under Fixture library lists).

Unfortunately, right now the issue remains unresolved. Specifically, the moving heads still only project white light, with no access to colors, patterns, or effects. This behavior persists even when manually attempting to select these features.
Could you kindly confirm whether the recent update included the corrections for this fixture and what is the version number of this update ? If not, could you advise on expected timeline for resolving this issue?

Thank you I also have issues with 2 other fixtures this pioneer dmx is horrible bought this flx10 board thinking I could eliminate one piece of hardware but looks like thats not going to happen. so basically wasted 1500 bucks on a board I didn't need. SMH
